As the Art Director at The Modern College of Design, I worked on a wide variety of projects across all departments of the college. Through the college, I honed my skills for multi-tasking and handling a diverse workload.
From orientation needs for student affairs, to recruitment materials for admissions, and beyond, I mostly worked in print and photography, but I also created digital assets for web, email campaigns, and social media graphics.
During my time there, the college went through considerable updates and changes that served as major learning and growing opportunities for me, including a major campus expansion, the addition of a Bachelor's Completion Program, and a total rebrand. Below are a sampling of projects I completed while at The Modern.

CLASSROOM POSTERS
The classroom poster is a huge direct mail piece for recruitment. Posters are mailed to teachers at all the schools in The Modern's database throughout Ohio, Kentucky, and parts of Michigan and Indiana. The classroom poster is something I was really proud of. It always served as a huge learning opportunity, because of the creative demand for the project. I was always pushed creatively especially with photography.

THE CATALOG
The Modern catalog was originally a very large printed piece, but eventually it evolved into a document that lived solely online. I completed a catalog for each school year I worked at The Modern. This piece was a monster and taught me how to communicate with multiple departments to obtain, distribute, and edit factual information. The last catalog I completed while at The Modern is shown below. One of my favorite parts about my job at The Modern was working with the students and leading the photography efforts on and off campus. That love is shown in every project, but especially the catalog.

INVITE SETS
I created a wide array of invitations during my time at The Modern, including open house save-the-dates and invites, portfolio show and alumni party invitations, and a special invitation set for the grand opening of the building expansion. Each set had multiple designs and information communicating to different stakeholder groups. One of my favorite invitations was for Reveal 34 because I made unique fronts for each and every graduate to mail to their friends and family members.
